when will north american's realize that placing a tea bag into a mug (not cup) of water that was once somewhat hot and now barely warm will somehow combine together to make a drinkable cup of tea. (boiling water is key, hot water makes a bitter, weak cup). making a cup of tea is an art. and making a good cup of tea is one more on the list of things that north americans will never accomplish.
